TeeKids Compassion Ministry

TEEKids Compassion ministry stands for Training, Empowering and Equipping children in compassion by relating with their situation and condition. The ministry carries out this initiative every Saturday in a tea field farm called Gatina in Tigoni, Kiambu county .The initiative focuses on children born and raised in the tea fields by tea picker parents ,who live in the housing provided by the farm owners.The initiative started in the heat of covid when schools were closed  to give these children hope and we still continue to impact that hope by meeting every weekend. The  initiative also works closely together with Fountain of Hope Children’s Centre, a non-profit organization dealing with street children, vulnerable and orphaned children in Kabuku, Limuru Kiambu County. Any abundant donation at Fountain trickles down to the kids in the fields e.g clothing.
